Scheming, Ponderous, Man With A Plan, Quandary, Mischievous

Well, I have plenty of things to say, and more than one person to whom I'd like to say them, but now is neither the time nor the place, as I feel an indescribable mood has swept over many of us, and it has caught me unawares. I remain tangled, and so I cannot write the words I ought to say before they disappear forever.

Not yet.

I am most definitely ready to hex the creator of these infernal exams into the tenth level of Hell.

"Preparation is key." Bloody wankers. A marathon of studying wouldn't be sufficient to review all of the reading and incantations.

Did one of the ickle pantry helpers--oh, how shall I say this?--kick the can in the past week? The biscuits have been unusually sub-par, and afters yesterday was positively revolting. Or am I the only one who's been minding the cuisine?

Speaking of minding things, I've taken a gander at the register in the library, and no one has returned Modern Muggles And Their Politics in three weeks. Kindly stop being a selfish ingrate and turn it in to Mme. Pince, or I'll come and find you.

I find it absolutely ludicrous that one has to stay up until all hours of the morning completing assignments -- such as the one I'm working diligently on now -- and the professor has the temerity to play hooky. And in spring term, no less!

Really, is it too much to ask that we have an instructor present to -- well, instruct us?

Personal problems be damned, there has to be an alternative to slaving away for scrolls that gather dust on empty desks.

I feel so much better knowing that the the responsibilities of overseeing the prefects and the student body rest with someone who thinks that "shagging through sheets" is an idea worthy of wasting one's evening on by engaging in infantile arguments that take up space on everyone else's enchanted parchment. Don't you?
